Hi SysAiders,

We decided to call this new WorkShop Series “I didn’t know I can do that!” because this is what we hear all the time from so many of you guys. Seriously.

That’s going to change.

Because not only are we going to run these workshops with you – and our best SysAid trainers – but we’ve also opened a new Forum, where we can discuss issues and help each other.

First workshop is for the new SysAid’s Worksafe app, the free add-on that simplifies daily self-reporting of health statuses and location, while automatically alerting management to potential exposure at work.

It’s a must-have in our COVID-19 world.

Come get hands-on training for using Worksafe app, at our August 25th workshop.

As part of this “I didn’t know I can do that” workshop series, our next topic will be on Service Center - SysAid’s FREE solution to help non-IT departments stay organized and manage all their tasks. Join this workshop on Sept. 16 to see how to get it set up and how to use it.

Be sure to invite your colleagues as well, so they can see first-hand how Service Center can help them ditch their shared mailboxes and better manage requests and tasks.
