Banner removal?

Hi Guys,

I was just wondering whether we could remove this banner from the top of the Self Service Portal page? As you can see we have removed the buttons and the search bar, but the empty banner still remained, and it looks quite clunky and out of place.

Any suggestions on how to remove it would be much appreciated!

Glad to see you are taking the time to make the experience for your end users the best it can be!

Unfortunately the banner cant be removed completely and usually at least one button is part of it such as "submit a ticket", for deep dive into customization of the self-service portal chekc these 2 guides:
