Sending message fails randomly

The past weeks we started seing a message will fail randomly with this error.

Your message failed: Could not convert socket to TLS OK

We are using office365 as mail provider.

Any ideas where to start looking.?

Hi JSH,
your SysAid is likely not updated to a release supporting TLS 1.2 - previous versions of TLS are no longer supported by Microsoft.

Upgrade your SysAid and change the TLS version of your email integration.

Right, we are running v20.4.74 b10. But it occurs randomly - so a bit strange if it should be that.

Will try to upgrade and hopefully it will also fix some other formatting problems we have had since 2 upgrade ago..
