Sorry to hop onto this older question, but it's related. I have a few issues:
1. Our system seems to create two tickets for this. No idea why.
2. Is there a way to show the ticket it created in the original so we can reference back to it?
3. When it sends an email can I have it show my custom fields? The email will show the basic ones ($title, $category, etc), but I cannot get it to show my custom fields (like name, employeeID).
