How to change survey link

Currently when the survey link is sent; This has an address that can only be used locally; And the users that are outside (that is the majority) can not answer the survey; Then we decide to use a public IP; But I do not see how to modify the link so that the address is updated with the public IP.

Hi Cerojas,

This can be changed in \SysAidServer\root\WEB-INF\conf\serverConf.xml file, in the <serverURL> tag. Please stop the SysAid Server service before editing and saving this file.

Additionally, please note that this URL will be used system-wide, for both internal and external users.

Hello Danny,

Thanks for the support, but then on the end user portal, when I enter the IT supervision module (green bag), I get the following error:

Internal error # 11
Java.sql.SQLException: ResultSet can only be accessed in a forward direction.

Hi,

I was informed that it is a bug # 28155 after updating the last patch; No solution for the moment.

I hope to resolve soon, my clients are complaining to me.

I'm run on v17.2.03 b6 Enterprise Edition and i have the same problem.
A lots of user uses this fonction.

We are currently running a semi-public beta testing of the new On-Premise version. You can join the Pathfinders program if you wish to test it yourself, or wait until the end of month (if all goes well) for the final release.

Hi Danny,

Which "end of month" did you mean? Now we are waiting several months for this fix and I would be very happy, if I could install the new version until the end of year. Because only then the customers will stop to distrubing me.

The final release was delayed for a while due to several bugs reported throughout the beta period. It should be available sometime this/next week.
