Toolbox Items

The Toolbox Items section allows you to easily access various functions in the Self-Service Portal, such as activities, specific SR templates, and Password Self Service, as well as external links. The Toolbox Items that you can access are determined by your IT administrator.

 

Click an item's icon to access it's page.

Anything beyond Summer 17 and up.

So can you create group buttons that lead to other action buttons? For example, a button called "Enterprise Apps" that brings up another list of buttons for requesting security changes, new user account creation, and reporting a failure with an enterprise application?

Toolbox Items currently don't have that capability, but you can open a feature request for it in our feature request forum on the SysAid community.

Is there anyone to rearrange how the frames are displayed on the front screen? I want to be able to move the Submit Incident, Request etc." right to the top of the page.
Currently the other 3 frames are so large that this disappears off screen.

Hi Linzy,

You can do this in Settings > End-User Portal > Self-Service Portal Settings > Customize Widget Order.
