Upgraded to the Winter 2016 to Spring 2017 and now I can't login. Message is:

User does not exists in SysAid database.
Please contact the sever administrator and inform him/her about the problem.

The problem is that I am the administrator. For kicks, I tried resetting my password but says "internal error" when I input my user name and email address.

Did you ever figure this out?

No, we just installed from scratch and started new. Doing so, of course, loses all history and prior tickets.

Ok,
Thanks for the reply. I've been upgrading from and old version of 8 and have had to step through little bits at a time due to the upgrade process being buggy and not very clear.

I had the same issue and ended up having to revert to a day old back up. The issue was that the Application Server version was to old and needed to be upgraded before the SysAid application could be upgraded.
