Workflow action into SelfService Portal

Hi All,

I would like to know if there is a chance to configure the view of the workflow action that you have in the SSP, today i see all Workflow action without triage of :

Enable Action
Disable Action
Completed Action

But also

Actions from Active ticket only - which is my main request here.

I don't want the user are seeing actions from closed or solved ticket but only the one from Active tickets.

If I have understood correctly, this feature should be already in plans for the next releases. Just to be sure, we wait for the official answer.

Hey guys,

I apologize for the delay! This is in our pipeline - we are developing a static filter (set by an administrator) for the scoreboard. In the future we will also implement an end-user UI element for this sort of filter.

The static filter is FR #29160. It is scheduled for the release of v17.4.30, if everything goes smoothly.

I hate to be the bringer of bad news, but this feature has been delayed due to a high amount of workload to v17.4.40, which will be released in a month. I sincerely apologize...

Hi Youyou,

There was another unfortunate pushback, but the static filter is implemented in version 17.4.50. At the first stage the filter is global for all scoreboard tabs, but in the next version a separation is planned -- this is due to its dependency on an important SSP feature which is being developed right now: visible field customization for Scoreboard.

I'm also happy to say that other parts of the team are working hard on a UI filter for the scoreboard where the end-users will be able to filter the SR list according to the fields you chose to be visible to them.

I once again apologize for the numerous delays. I know this is a very important feature for you, and I'm making sure it goes live as soon as it's technically possible.
