Default settings for Time to repair measurement list

Can anyone tell me the default settings that are supposed to be present in the Time to repair measurement list?

Several changes have been made to this list and I would like to set it back to the default (OOB) settings.

Currently the settings are as per the attachment.

Can anyone suggest why our average time to resolve incidents on the SLA dashboard looks like this:-
