Updating CC with REST API

Hi all,

I have been working with the API for a good 4 hours now and I can update most of the fields with my script. But I cannot get past the cc field update.

Here is the JSON Format of my PUT request:

In my ticket history, I see the following:

At the time I send my call.

If I use the following JSON with the same function, I am able to update the description

I was wondering if the CC field have a special format to respect. I also tried with an email address directly and I have verified that the sysaid username exists in the user database.

This is currently not supported in SysAid. We have an open feature request on this - its number is #25974, and its main forum thread can be found here.

I also suggest discussing with your account manager about adding weight to this FR.
