Service request creation using REST API

Hi all,
I successfully managed to create sr with the REST API, but there is one thing...
The software I'm developing will be used by our call center staff, and the incidents they create should be NOT assigned, but however I tried the sr are always assigned to the user creating it.
Which is the correct value to put in the field "responsibility" (I tried '-1','null' to no avail) ?
Or there is another field to fill somehow ?

I'm having problems with attachments too, you already tried to attach a file to a sr ?
The documentation is inaccurate, to say the lest.

Hi,
yep, I already got this working, but I'm referring to the command "add_attachment", not message.
I suppose that it does need some update of the sr, like "add_activity", but don't know what to update since there's no a json payload.
About the responsibility field, it's a bug, we must hope and wait...
