I'm using Sysaid for my business, but can't figure out why the admins aren't receiving emails every time an incident report is created, can anyone help me with this please?

Hi MGNurse95,

Are we talking about reports specifically? Can you send emails to users through SysAid normally, and do users receive automatic email notifications?

If not - please make sure you have correctly set up your outgoing Email Integration.

Yeah, reports. The admins don't receive emails to their own outlook account when a report is created. I can send emails through SysAid and i also receive an email notification when i am the request user.
What i need is to receive emails when any reports are created so i don't have to constantly go out of my way to check SysAid.

And you have set a scheduled report, and configured it to send an email to the relevant users?

If so, I suggest checking this with our support team and reporting back here with the solution once found.
