certification exam won't launch

Now that i've completed the training videos I'm ready to get certified. One slight problem as I cannot get the exam to load. All that will load is the title Certification exam, the remainder of the page is blank.

Has anyone else come across this issue?

I've refreshed, relogged, new browser, all that jazz.

Hi QueenBeeDizzle,

This is strange. Have you tried disabling your ad/popup blocker in the browser? Can you attach a screenshot of the page?

Additionally, which browser are you using and what is its version?

I'm using chrome, pop ups are allowed for this site, i will get a screen shot if it's still an issue and post it

Please try logging out of our website, clearing your browser cache, logging in again and re-trying.

Cache has been cleared in both Chrome and MS Edge. I can get the exam to partially load (it loads answer buttons but no text on both browsers)

Got it. The platform is running on flash, which is blocked by chrome. On certification page click on the padlock in the address bar, go to site settings and allow flash. This should work.
