Reset ticket numbers ?

Hi All

We've gone from a trial version to a paid for version, as part of the clean up before we go live I'll do a bit of house keeping and clear out all the trial data but I would like to reset the system so the first real ticket we log would be ticket #1

how can I do that ?

Hi all,
it's not possible to "reset" ticket number because Service Record Id is a Praimary Key inside the DB and also templates have an ID and it's not possible to delete them .

By the way it's not a limitation, ID is just a number...
