Is there a way to make a scheduled daily report of the oldest nn tickets?

We are a small shop with many projects that have gotten us behind. Looking for a report to show the oldest 15 tickets every morning, then have a quick stand-up to discuss and close those tickets.

Hi Eric,

There is no such option in Reports, but if it works for you, you can create a new view in your ticket list by clicking on Customize View, selecting "Please enter a name for the new view:", and naming the new view something like "Oldest 15 tickets". Then, using this query in the Static Filter field and saving it:

You will now have a dynamic view of the oldest 15 tickets that you can visit (and export) whenever you like.

Thanks Danny!

I tried to copy/paste this code into the view, and it doesn't work. Am I supposed to edit something in it to work in our environment?

I'm also trying to combine this with our existing code to only show tickets from certain groups, but not having luck. Can you assist?

Here is the existing code:

(assigned_group='none' OR assigned_group='Service Desk Technicians' OR assigned_group= 'Service Desk Analysts' OR assigned_group= 'Service Desk Leads' OR assigned_group= 'IT Managers' OR assigned_group= '\tService Desk Technicians' OR assigned_group= 'SD Technicians' OR assigned_group=' Service Desk Technicians')

Hi Eric,

You're using our Cloud environment, correct? I believe this code should work without an issue. Are you receiving an error when building a new view with this static filter?

Regarding combining the queries - I think putting both in () and adding AND between them should work.

Please let me know.

Cheers,
Danny

Yes, we are using the cloud environment.

Here is the error using just the code you provided:
The list cannot be loaded, because it was defined with a bad query. Click "Customize View" to review the view settings and try again.
