I was wondering where I could edit the logo, text and URL for the attached logo located on the End User Portal.

I think it's in Settings > Customize > Appearance

Paul,

All that does is change the top header logo. The helpdesk portal logo settings are in the HTML files. user_end_portal.html around line 765. You can change the logo there, but cannot change the URL. The URL is nested in a string and I have no idea where to edit that part.

Hi DMC,

Instead of the string-tag present inside the href, you can simply insert your own URL and text.

Cheers,

Hi Danny,

I already tried to do that but even after re-uploading the custom html files, saving and restarting the sysaid server service, nothing changes. The only way I was able to get the logo to change was by finding where sysaid keeps that img file and changing it there. Any custom files I"ve uploaded are not reflected. Please advise.

Can you provide the code snippet that you have set in the file?

I don't believe it's the snippet that's the problem. The site is not reflecting ANY changes I make to any of the html files. Here it is though.
<td valign="bottom" colspan="10"> $creditText <a href="http://MyServerURL/information-technology">Powered by MyCompany</a>
</td>

Another strange thing that happens, is after I re-upload the customhtmlfiles.zip and save at the bottom of the page, if I click the link that says "To download existing customized html files, press here" it downloads an empty zip file. That's why I believe there is a problem with it even reading the zip file and it just uses the default source html file the entire time.

Thanks

EDIT:
To add to this, I've upgraded to the latest version of SysAid and still have this problem.
