Hi all,
maybe I'm a little bit confused or simply dumb, but I've modified a Custom Fields into the Display in Self-Service Portal form and nothing happens.

I've tried to user "Reload Template" in "Appearance" but still not work.

I've tried the old school universal resolution method:restart the service
and finally i've seen the modification.

However Display in Form modification are immediately applied.

Is it correct? It's really unhandy when you need to test your code...

Hi Tomaso,

Which screen are you referring to? The Submit forms, or the Add/remove fields in the SR screen?

Thanks,
Danny

Hi Danny,
I meant the Submit Form page (../servicePortal/submitIncident) not the "ticket info".

Thanks,
Tomaso

Weird, works fine here. Which type of custom field is it?

It's a text filed.

I'm currently working on my lab SysAid on my notebook. It's possible that something is weird due all my experiments

I'd like to know only if there are no changes about this matter in the new release.

Thanks, Tom.

Not that I'm aware of. Which version are you using in your tests?

I'm using v17.3.57 b2
But before further investigation I sould try to reinstall it from scratch, too many weird tests on this poor installation
