Self Service Portal - Users to see all tickets

Hi

I want to enable our users so that they can see all tickets raised by other users, not just their own in the self service portal. Is there any way this can be done?

Also is there any way to change the default template that comes up when the submit an incident button is pressed on the self service portal.

Hi Colin,

1. This is not possible. You can configure specific users to be Supervisors, in which case they will see their company/department's tickets.

2. This is set under Settings > Service Desk > Categories > Defaults (near the search bar).
