can not see the closed SR's

one of my users who is an admin can not see his closed service calls.
when he does the following error appears.

" <div class="SidePanel_Item_s " further the screen remains empty.

this is happening on every computer the user logs in to Sysaid.

does somebody know's the solution for this problem ?

After upgrading to version 6.0.4 the problem is solved.
all thanks for the help.
