I am not sure from the screen shot you have attached which custom field you refer to, but bellow is a list of the service request cust values tags:

${isClosedSR} no longer seems valid. I am not getting my surveys to show up anymore in version 9.1. Has this field changed?

I got it to pull the value: : isClosedSR='true',LinkToSurvey='${LinkToSurvey}'

Has LinkToSurvey Changed?

Hi benoit,

Are you using the Solution and/or Resolution field? ${Solution} and ${Resolution} should work. Or are you looking to include information from a different field?

When I select Closed, a new field name "Closure information" appear with a list (see picture).

I've been digging into my instance and I couldn't find it. I'm going to check with others in the customer relations team.

I found the field name for this is "closure_information".

Haven't tried it myself but maybe "sr.closure_information" might work?
It is a integer field that more than likely grabs the value in the custom lists table.

Hi kevgio,

You're right that the value shown would most likely be the integer value and not the description. I have code that can pull the description, except for one piece of information, and that's the column number. I'm checking with professional services to find it, so once I have the number, we'll be good.

And this also goes into the feature request bucket

The code would look something like:
$AccountObj.getCustValues("closure_information",$AccountObj.getResourceBundle()).getCaption($sr.getAddonFieldValue("CustomColumnxxsr"))

It's the field value I need to find.
