Hello SysAiders,

SysAid v7.5 is now in a beta stage and you can all sign to download it and receive the most updated information from the beta forum.

You can install it as a test server or on your production server but do not forget to BACKUP everything before you start.
You can just stop the SysAid Server service and make a copy of the SysAid Server folder. And of course back up the DB.

You can sign here:
https://www.sysaid.com/sysaiders.htm

To stay updated all the time check our Beta forum:
https://www.sysaid.com/Sysforums/forums/show/111.page

Hope you all enjoy the new version and find your own feature request implemented in this version.
Best Regards,
Itay

hello,

We are in the process of upgrading our SysAid version from v6.0.07 to v7.5. However, we are not able to start SysAid after the upgrade. We receive this error message:

“The Sys Aid Server on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example, the performance logs and Alerts service.”

Kindly advise. We are not able to contact Sysaid technical support for the moment due to their company event. I hope you can help us.

Thank you very much in advance for your help.
