SYSAID licence expired, nobody answering chat sessions

As per the title, i have waited for around an hour now, for somebody to respond to my chat session, but no joy.

Our pro installation is reporting that our temporary licence has expired. I placed the activation.xml file into the application upon instaling but for some reason it appears it has not updated to full licence.

Problem is i cannot get into our web based administration panel to insert the licence again, so i need to know what the alternative is.

I would appreciate a prompt reply please, as currently we are without our helpdesk.

Please copy license file into sysaid server directory and restart service
example C:\Program Files\SysAidServer\root\WEB-INF\conf
your activation file need to be in format xml.

Inserted the xml file in the specified location. The application is still saying that the licence has expired.

Hello,

after you have copy the file you will need to stop the service of you sysaid server and start it it should do the trick

I restarted the service within IIS, it did not resolve the problem.

You need to restart the Sysaid Server Service, not IIS.

then i think the best way is to call support they will help you.

yes dont forget it is the sysaid server service you have to restart

Did you manage to make it work?? I have the same problem. I uploaded the final licence, I checked it was in the conf folder, but it still expired.
Im trying everything to contact sysaid for help. I already called but Im still waiting for the support.

Go to:
\SysAidServer\root\WEB-INF\conf

Remove all the upgrade_activation.xml and secondary_activation.xml and leave only the activation.xml and restart the SysAid Server Service.

Dears,

Sorry for the late update but with the same day Ido Shomer Andy Johnson's Account manager made a remote with him and resolved all his issues.
