I know the Facebook feature is new, so this is my way of letting the Facebook enthusiasts (and I am sure there are many!) know that you can and should use the Submit Service Request tab on our new Facebook page to contact Support. If you prefer any other means, of course all are acceptable and welcome…our Customer Relations staff is here to help.
