Please kindly tell me how to start Thai Translation for SysAid.

Will this mean my SysAid will have both Thai & English menu depend on user selection or once I decide to go with Thai my other English user will have no longer access my site in English?

SysAid will look at the users language preference and show the appropriate language for most things, the main exceptions to this are the categories/quick lists & notifications which can only be in one language at the moment.

does this answer your question?

Thank you TechGuy for your reply. After stuck at import username from Microsoft Active Directory for a while, I need to go back on track of 30 days full evaluation. I would like to go for ITIL Change Management.

Hi,

Is there a file to download to setup Thai language in SysAid ?

After I setup my Language to Thai in "My Settings" tab, the interface will stay in English.

Thanks.
