· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
· Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
· Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
· Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
· Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
· Fluent in English and Spanish- A must
· Additional languages- Advantage
· Account Management background in high tech companies minimum 3 years
· Experience with up-selling and cross-selling existing clients - A must
· Enterprise Account Management background in high tech companies - an advantage
· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
· Capable of working independently and as part of a team
· Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to work under pressure and as part of a dynamic environment
· Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
· Good interpersonal relationship skills
