Requirements

  • Manage relationships with existing Channels/ Partners & existing Clients
  • Monitor sales and operational results based on KPI's
  • Continuously train Partners & clients on Company Offerings
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports


Qualifications:

  • Mother Tongue English & Hebrew- A must
  • Additional languages- Advantage
  • Channel Manager background in high tech companies minimum 2 years- A must
  • Enterprise Sales Account Management background in high tech companies - A must
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling existing clients - A must
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a dynamic environment
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills
