How did you end up here?

After scouring the job market for a couple of months, going to interviews and meeting really interesting people - my roommate had just started working at SysAid only a couple weeks earlier, and I remember him coming home every day telling me how it’s such a great environment, fun job, challenging, plus the company looked as if it had a lot of potential. A couple weeks after that I got an interview and accepted the job. It was one of the best decisions of my life. He was right about every aspect of SysAid.

What do you do exactly?

Sales. I engage with prospects, find out their needs, show the benefits of SysAid, how it will fit their needs – make them happy SysAid customers.

What do you love most about your job?

Interacting with new clients daily. Interacting with teammates and colleagues from other departments.

What’s the best thing about working for a company like SysAid?

I enjoy working for a company like SysAid because of a couple of factors. The first would be the environment I work in. All the staff here are really easygoing, fun to be around, and great to work with. There is a saying that "you should enjoy waking up and going to work" - and this is something that lives true with me. Coming into the office every morning and hearing ‘boker tov’ from accounting is a fantastic way to start my day! In addition, SysAid's long term stability and growth potential make it an excellent place for individuals looking for longevity and personal growth within their professional career.

What’s your favorite memory of working here?

I have two. One is an Eilat trip in 2011….an amazing weekend with the company. The second one is attending Pink14 IT service management (ITSM) Conference in Las Vegas, where I got to meet prospective clients, promote SysAid, and lose money at the casino tables ;).

What would you say to any individual considering applying for a job at SysAid?

If you like working hard, in a challenging environment, with some great perks, this is the place for you. Hard work and dedication = success. SysAid will reward people who believe in this.

What do you do when you're not at work (e.g. hobbies, life outside of the office)?

Golf, squash, eating, watching TV.

I get to do my dream job and enjoy Happy Hour’s on a Thursday all at the same time!

What do you do exactly?
Administration, configuration, and development of the CRM system, which provides services for the management of customers, orders, and client licenses.

What do you love most about your job?

How did you end up here?
I heard about the job via an internet job site. Right away, at my first interview, I noticed how the company had such a young feeling, and I loved it! I knew I’d be challenged in a positive way. But above all I love that each person is so different from the next, arriving from every corner of the world. All ages, all nationalities - here in one place. It’s an international family environment every day at the office and this is what keeps me smiling all day long.

I got a call from a recruiting agency who asked me if I was interested in a tech writing position here. Also, the environment seemed very professional and warm, prompting me to say yes when I got offered the job.

In addition, I field feature requests received from our customer service reps, and moderate the relevant forums on the SysAid Community.

What do you love most about your job?

One of the latest webinar releases was particularly enjoyable, as I sat alongside a dozen of my colleagues during the webinar, answering questions on live chat, while nibbling on sushi. It was a fast-paced environment as customers kept sending in questions in real-time about the new release, and it was fun trying to keep up and help as many people as I could.

Mostly I spend time with my wife and three daughters. I like to read, mediate, run, and train in krav maga.
