Tel Aviv, Israel – February 27, 2013 – SysAid Technologies Ltd., (www.sysaid.com), a leading global provider of IT Service Management (ITSM), software solutions, announced today the appointment of Sarah Lahav as Chief Executive Officer, as well as Hanan Baranes as the Company’s new Vice President of Professional Services.

After joining SysAid in 2002 as the first employee, Lahav rose through the ranks, most recently serving as VP of Customer Relations, responsible for the more than 100,000 global SysAid customers. She also helped develop the SysAid Certification Training Program, which advances the teaching methods and training technology SysAid currently employs to provide the best possible service to its users. With vast knowledge of SysAid's platform in the service desk environment, Lahav also advises on the design and development phases of the product. Lahav holds a BSc. in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Information Technology, from the Open University in Israel.

Before joining SysAid, Baranes was CTO for a start-up venture, and a Project Manager at international e-billing system Lognet. He holds a BSc. in Computer Science and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University.
