Based on ITIL Best-Practice Methodology, SysAid Allows Users to Optimize IT Operations for Greater Efficiency

PinkVERIFY is the only independent certification program worldwide to recognize software that supports the definition and workflow requirements of ITIL version 3 (V3) processes. To achieve certification, SysAid underwent a rigorous independent assessment by Pink Elephant, and satisfied the requirement of a 100% score for functionality, automation, and support of admin/user documentation.
