New Location Will Support SysAid’s Growing Customer Base in the Local Market

Tel Aviv, Israel – May 30, 2012 – SysAid Technologies Ltd. (www.sysaid.com), a leading global provider of IT Service Management (ITSM) software solutions, announced today that it has opened a new office in Brazil, to be headed by Leandro Romesz. The new office will provide business and technical support for prospective and current customers in the Brazilian market.

Mr. Romesz, who brings significant experience in executive management and business development in IT consulting and outsourcing, will be responsible for driving all of SysAid’s Brazil-based business activities with both customers and industry partners.

"We are excited to have Leandro at the helm of SysAid’s operations in Brazil as he is extremely familiar with the country's ITSM framework and, having served as a SysAid reseller for several years prior to joining our company, has a deep understanding of our products' key differentiators," said Israel Lifshitz, founder and CEO of SysAid Technologies. "He is the ideal candidate to expand SysAid operations in Brazil and promote our unique IT service management and customer service support software, while establishing important partnerships with leading local companies and analysts."

Romesz holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Paulista and also studied Economics at Tel Aviv University. Previously, he managed projects in the mining, oil and gas sectors across Latin America.

"With the tremendous growth Brazil is currently experiencing, the need for dynamic, cost effective IT solutions is more important than ever," said Romesz. "Our local presence in Brazil will quickly help us become one of the leading ITSM providers in the country and I look forward to working together with the company's management and R&D teams to drive our success both in Brazil as well as across the region."
