Tel Aviv, Israel - January 4, 2011 - SysAid Technologies Ltd., (www.sysaid.com), a leading global provider of ITSM (IT Service Management) and Customer Service Support (CSS) software, launched today its new CSS Application for iPhone, Blackberry, and Android. The free application is available for download in each respective app store.
In order to create greater value for its customers, SysAid has taken a strategic decision to make its software portfolio fully mobile, allowing users to easily manage the service desk and respond to customer requests anytime, anywhere. The announcement follows the launch of applications for SysAid's IT Helpdesk Software for the iPhone, Blackberry and Android. The Windows Phone 7 versions for both CSS and IT will follow at the end of this month.
"In light of the rising popularity of mobile apps, and the clear business advantages mobility offers, the launch of these applications underscores our commitment to our customers and their unique work styles," said Israel Lifshitz, founder and CEO of SysAid. "We are pleased to offer a full line of mobile applications for savvy IT and customer service administrators and to provide them the convenience and flexibility necessary to succeed in today's fast-paced world."
The mobile application is free of charge and is compatible with SysAid CSS, an on-demand customer service support software (SaaS) that is hosted in SysAid data-centers. Based on proven service desk methodology, CSS allows administrators to easily prioritize and manage all incoming customer service tickets and automatically sort and route them based on defined preferences.
