Since January 2010, More Than 450 New Educational Institutions Have Started Using SysAid

Based on ITIL industry best practices, the new edition is geared towards IT departments serving K-20 educational institutions.

Available in on-premise and SaaS versions, the Education IT Edition is built using a modular approach to help IT staff manage daily operations more efficiently. It allows administrators to streamline and automate all IT processes and save time managing their helpdesk and asset inventories.

The Education Edition provides IT administrators with a variety of useful tools to better manage IT infrastructure, track hardware and software, centralize user data and automate service request history.
