Overview

The Team Foundation Server (TFS) integration allows for TFS ticket creation when a ticket in SysAid is created, and the passing of data from SysAid to TFS and vice versa.

 

Main Features

  • Based on a flag in the SysAid service record, SysAid connects to TFS and opens a new ticket, which is then saved in SysAid so the admin can link directly to TFS
  • SysAid can perform updates to TFS tickets that have an associated ID numbers in SysAid
  • SysAid can display data from TFS on the screen when the service record is loaded
