Hi Stanway,

We're readying beta for the app. I think the general release date will depend on how beta goes, which was targeted for September and we've even been looking for participants in the community. If you're interested, I can check and see if there are still spots open. The requirement is that you need to have a cloud environment available as the REST api used for the app will be put into the cloud updates first.

Check out this post announcing the search for beta users. https://www.sysaid.com/Sysforums/posts/list/11077.page. I'm checking with the PM team to find out if they're still looking for candidates. I know they were starting with a group of 10, and when the post went out to the forum I think they already had 7 or 8 slots filled.

I can't get my LDAP account to authenticate with the new iPad App?

Is this a known bug.

I did get confirmation on their being a known bug with the iPad app for certain LDAP situations.

If you have LDAP users that go back past a certain SysAid version #, I don't know which. Those users got setup without Domain/username format.

Those users are not able to login to the iPad App.

We are running Sysaid v14.3.12 b22 and are using 2 domains.

Although we're using domains doesn't mean we don't want to use the Ipad app too !!

I am up against the same issue where I cannot login with the Ipad app. Iphone works perfect on the same LAN with same server URL and credentials. We just deployed this in December so there arent any users past the latest version. We use LDAP integration. Any ideas on how to get this to work?

For those of you who don't succeed to login, if you didn't try already - enter Domain\user
We are working on a fix that doesn't require you to enter the domain like in the browser login - but the current app requires you to login with the full domain\username if you are using an Ldap user which you probably are.

I put in a ticket on February 4th, but haven't heard anything since February 11th. iPad app still not working for me, either.
