Does RDS LDAP integration support SSO for Sysaid cloud?

When using an RDS server for LDAP integration for a Sysaid cloud environment, does it support SSO (so the currently logged in user's domain credentials are passed, and the user is automatically logged in) or does it still present a logon screen, and just give the capability to log in with domain credentials?

Thanks

Hi Jason,

For LDAP SSO I would suggest using the ADFS addon. What is your SysAid version and edition?

Thanks,
Danny

I currently have on-prem v16 pro running. I enabled Kerberos integrated authentication, and it works great, a user just goes to the site, and they're automatically logged in. No additional components need to be installed. I was just looking at the cloud version, to see if it made more sense for us.

Could I ask you how you managed to enable SSO. I have kerberos working now, but no single Sign ON.

It's been a few years since I set that up, so I can't recall if I had any issues. I only recall following the instructions here:
