Hi I'm trying to call it on localhost and still to no avail. Been looking at the logs and I think it has something to do with not talking correctly to the database, plus the Agent service just stops by itself
I suppose that the SysAidServer is up and running.
Do you check ..\SysAidServer\logs\wrapper.log and ..\\SysAidServer\root\WEB-INF\logs\SysAid.log files for error?
is there any service that is using TCP port 8080?
(stop SysAidServer service and launch from cmd . if result is empty the 8080 port is not used)
By the way contact SysAid Support for further help
I ran that command and it listed a 0.0.0.0:8080 and also when i checked the SysAid.log I am getting Error com.ilient - Error in DBConnection. My server.conf is also listing the dbname as <ilient> instead of the one I specified during setup.
