The shortcut created on the desktop of users will stop working. We deploy the agent through network discovery. The only way to resolve the issue is to un-deploy and then re-deploy.

I'm in trial mode and have the same issue. Both the hot key and shortcut don't work on the few machines i've deployed to. is this normal and is there no way to fix it with un-deploy and re-deploy.

We are also seeing this issue. Link to help desk user portal stops working. Clicking on icon - does not bring up IE to end user portal. Nothing happens.

Do not want to un-deploy and re-deploy agent to 750+ end users as a fix.

Anyone else seeing this issue the past week or two? October 2017?

As an update, issue still happens. Fortunately it only happens sporadically and on one or 2 machines at a time. undeploy - redeploy is still an option (but not preferred)
