Hello All,

We are getting ready to deploy the new self service portal for users to create their security questions in order to reset their password and unlock their accounts on their own. I have been testing the scenario the users will need to go through in order to create a document to send them. I have been able to log in as myself and other test users and click on my username on the top right then select "My settings". I noticed that while testing the security questions selection process, I am able to select both security questions from the respective drop boxes and enter the answers and confirmation answer to each question. Upon clicking "submit" a popup is presented with a text box and a "Save" button that has no text to inform you what you are suppose to enter. Luckily, I figured it was an enter your existing password prompt which I was correct about. I have tested this internally from different subnets, different browsers (IE11,Chrome) and from externally from my home PC using both aforementioned browser. The result is the same with the popup missing the instructions as to what to enter. I have tried altering resolution, zooming in or out within the browser and still displays the same. We are running v17.3.53 b23 on prem. Please see attachment and let me know if there is a fix ASAP. I need to deploy this with screenshots and instructions to the users.

I think you cannot see the top of your popup window. The dark gray banner I see in the preview is on top of the pop-up covering the text above the field where you would enter the password of the user making the changes in the portal. See screenshot:

I see. I had one of our in house developers take a look. He manipulated the CSS through Chrome developer views and added a margin top and we were able to see the full box. I have even checked from my home PC and it displays the same. That CSS is not something we have access to change as far as I know.

There is a CSS UI. Go to Help and search CSS. This is an area I believe SysAid is making changes.

You sir are a genius! Thank you so much. You absolutely gave me exactly what I was looking for. It took me a while to put the pieces together. Then I finally located the css file for the Self Service Portal!
