Hi,

Is there a patch management summary screen that shows only the following:
- Total Systems Managed
- Total High Highly Vulnerable Systems (based on scanned systems and current Windows & rd Party patches)
- Total Vulnerable Systems
- Total Healthy Systems
- Total New Patches (based on what is available for Windows and 3rd Party)
- Total Missing Patches (Systems that don't have the latest security/critical patches)

If there is no screen, can this be created by means of a SQL query? If so, how?

Oh man I too would love to know if they have something like this. I find my self looking at individual asset logs all day.

Hi Dawid,

There is no one screen showing all this information, but rather numerous reports (search for "patch") and the Assets > Dashboard screen. Regarding an SQL query - I don't have this information, but perhaps another SysAider will chime in. If not - please contact our Professional Services team and they might be able to help.

Cheers,
Danny

Danny,

Thanks for the feedback.

The problem lie in your answers, as follows:
1) Numerous places. So where can these reports be found. It should be in one logical place and your clients shouldn't have to be looking all over the show to get them.
2) This shouldn't be an answer of engaging the PS team, but rather what can be done to improve your product over your competitors! Some of your competitors have this as a standard feature, a dashboard indicating the state of your environment in terms of patch management.

I trust this explains my frustration, and those of your other clients, a bit more?

Dawid

I completely agree. This should be something that is offered out of the box. I would rather have this than the dashboard that currently exists. Let's get this done SysAid!

Understood. I can move this thread to the Feature Requests forum, if you'd like.
Can you please expand on the following and the criteria defining each:
- Total High Highly Vulnerable Systems (based on scanned systems and current Windows & rd Party patches)
- Total Vulnerable Systems
- Total Healthy Systems

Additionally, how do you imagine the UI for such Dashboard? I assume this will not a list view, but rather something similar to Analytics > Dashboard?

Thanks,
Danny
