Servicedesk skips sometimes 1000 ticket numbers

This happened already two times sometimes the servicedesk skips around 1000 ticket numbers without any reason as far as we can see.



Any idea how this could happen?

Hi Spikeycloud,

Are you using MS SQL 2012 DB? It appears to be related to the issue described here.
