After talking to Sysaid support here is the feedback (not possible) :

As I can see you are using cloud edition, Unfortunately you cannot access the database. I"ll need to create a ticket and our support engineer will provide you information you required

i am a little bit disappointed

Perhaps there is a misunderstanding -- the support team and/or the Professional Services team are able to change the code in these sections and provide you with any information you need regarding custom fields.
