Office 365 setup help - what settings?

We have recently received some tickets about Office365 email integration stopped working.
We are still looking into this - but it looks like Microsoft have done a change on their side and customers using a specific url for the office365 server got hit by this change.
A simple verified solution is to do the following under email integration settings:

1. Change the protocol to OWA
2. Change the URL server link to:

These changes should fix the issue.
The emails sent to the incoming email should now be read by SysAid an turned into tickets
