Hello friends!

Is it possible to create a toolbox widget link to a FAQ subset??? I have the idea I saw this configuration explained somewhere or I might be confused and it was about something else.

We would find really useful to be able to access a subset of the FAQ really fast using a toolbox widget link because we have created a category in the FAQ where we are uploading the manuals for the most important machines we have in the company and it would be really nice to have a link called manuals and then enter the FAQ but just see the articles under the category "Manuals". If this is possible, we are planning to use it to place the internal company periodical news bulletin, and some other Departmental information like HR's company sharable Information, etc.

Look forward to your directions to achive this!!

Have a great day!

Hello!

I am checking my Self Service Portal and I have just realized that I don't have the version that was shown in the most recent webinar.

I was supposed to be part of the beta group but I don't have that version.

Could you please include me in the beta again??

Hi simental,

There is currently no beta process for the Self-Service Portal, as it was released for all customers on Cloud. The most recent version displayed in the webinar will be deployed to you in the next version release

Cheers,
Danny

Hi Guys,

I saw an interesting things, if you call directly a template from a link, even if the selfportal is designed as the default one and if Old Portal is not enable, the request will appear in the old fashion way .

https://yoursitesysaid.com/SubmitSR.jsp?populateSR_id=templateID

Can we add that to the features request ?

If you're using Self-Service Portal by default, you should use the SSP link with the populateSR to avoid this scenario (/servicePortal/submitIncident).

You're bringing up an interesting point however - regarding allowing access of EUP/SSP URLs directly when they are disabled in settings. We will discuss this with the team.

Thanks,
Danny

Hi Karlson,

I'm not sure which beta you're referring to? SSP is available to all Cloud customers.

Cheers,
Danny

ETA on the Service Catalog feature?

We are currently putting together a Service Catalog and not having to use a third party would be really beneficial.

Thank you for the update.
