Hi,
I have setup our Email notifications to be HTML format. I have done this so we can customise the look and field options the end user recieves. After setting up the Email Integration option UTF-8, the user recieves a HTML based notification no problem but with no formatting. The notification is just one string of text.
Is there a default HTML page that I can edit to add my own tags, images etc. If so where is this located? I have searched on the server under html docs but not really anything that I could edit!
Any help would be appreciated

Does anyone have template/examples we can try out. I do not write HTML nor have interest in doing so, sorry.

To D3lta, in order to address this issue, can you please open a service request at helpdesk@ilient.com regrading this issue and provide us with the following:
1. A screenshot of Preferences > Integration > Email.
2. A copy (or screenshot) of the email message which you have received.

Hi,
I'd like to be able to add our company logo to some of our email notifications.
Looks like v7.5 is already sending out HTML formatted emails, so would it be just a case of including an html tag into the template via Customize => Customized Notifications => “Email body to end user regarding a Service Request” and then adding a <img src="location"> somewhere down the bottom?
If so, can i dump the image in the root as per http://www.ilient.com/Sysforums/posts/list/3792.page#17435 and point the src to there or do I have to put in in the html files location and then change my HTML Files Location to point to that place? as per http://www.ilient.com/customize.htm?

I'd like to know the paths to use, too. I'm eager to put <img>s in my notifications, but can't figure out the paths. I tried using with no success. I also tried , where imagefilename.png exists on the SysAid server in \%SysAidServerInstallLocation%\root\imagefilename.png. HALP!

Have got it working via SysAid's help who advised to place the desired logo in the ..\SysAidServer\root folder and then add the following code to you customized notification: <img src="http://SERVER ORT/sysaid_logo.png" alt="Fintech" />

Please open a service request with SysAid at helpdesk@sysaid.com and provide us with the following:
1. Please send yourself a test message, using the envelope icon on the top bar.
Did you receive the email on your mailbox?
2. Please provide us with screenshots of:
Preferences -> Help Desk Settings -> General Settings tab.
Preferences -> Help Desk Settings -> Routing tab
Preferences -> Integration -> Email tab > Modify (if you have more than one integration, please send a screenshot of each integration)
3. Please provide us with your entire ...\SysAidServer\root\WEB-INF\logs folder (zipped)
We're looking forward to receiving the requested information from you.
