Sub Types
Sub Types List
There are two groupings of sub types that have slightly different functionalities: Incident sub types and Change/Problem/Request sub types.

Incident sub types
Incident sub types control which fields appear on the SR form in the Service Desk and on the Submit Incident form on the End User Portal.
Change/Problem/Request sub types
Change, problem, and request sub types control which workflow tabs appear on a change, problem, or request and which fields appear on non-workflow tabs of a change, problem, or request.

Use the icons above the list to perform the following actions:

Create a new sub type. You will be prompted to choose whether the new sub type will be an incident, request, change, or problem sub type |

Export the list to Excel |

Create a PDF document from this list |

Delete the selected sub type(s). The default sub types cannot be deleted, and you can't delete a sub type if there are service records using that sub type |
