As a global leader in our industry, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of business conduct, ethics, honesty and integrity in the markets and countries in which we operate.
The first column of this Supplier Code of Business Conduct (the “Code”) reflects the business practices and principles of behavior that support this commitment, and the second column of this Code lays out what we expect of you as a supplier, vendor, contractor or service provider (collectively referred to herein as “Supplier”).
Our success depends upon operating within legal guidelines and cooperating with local, national, and international authorities. We expect Company personnel to comply with all applicable laws in the countries in which they operate and where we do business, including laws prohibiting bribery, corruption, or the conduct of business with certain prohibited individuals, companies or countries. We expect the same of our Suppliers.
Each Company Supplier is responsible for ensuring that all its employees and any of its service providers and subcontractors performing work for, or related to, the Company are informed of, and agree to comply with, the requirements contained in the Code. It is our policy to assess a business partner’s commitment to compliance with these requirements when making procurement decisions and while evaluating ongoing relationships with Suppliers and all business partners.
We expect and require all our business partners, including Suppliers, to have the same commitment to ethical behavior and therefore ask you to confirm your agreement to comply with the requirements contained in our Code. You should also implement comparable requirements in your own supplier and vendor network.
