Sarah Lahav

SysAid Technologies' first employee, Sarah is now CEO and a vital link between SysAid and its customers since 2003. As CEO, she takes a hands-on role evolving SysAid with the dynamic needs of service managers. Previously, Sarah was VP Customer Relations at SysAid and developed SysAid's Certification Training program, advancing the teaching methods and training technology that is in place today.

Sarah holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Information Technology from The Open University in Israel, and spends her free time with her three beautiful children.
 
 
 
Israel Lifshitz
FOUNDER & CHAIRMAN
 
Israel founded SysAid Technologies in 2002 with the singular mission of simplifying the lives of IT managers all over the world by giving them one service desk with all the essentials.

Israel holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Technion, Israel's Institute of Technology, and regularly lectures at Marketing and Entrepreneurship Forums. Israel wrote his first program at the age of 10 on a Commodore 64, and has not stopped programming since. In 2012, also founded NUBO, a start-up developing a secure virtual mobile workspace.
 
 
 
Oded Moshe
VP PRODUCTS
 
Oded joined SysAid Technologies in 2008, and has continued to pave the way for the future of SysAid products. Pioneering the SysAid Roadmap, Oded is responsible for SysAid's overall product strategy, feature enhancements, and the future direction of new SysAid modules.

Oded holds a BA from The College of Management Academic Studies in Israel, specializing in Information Technology. Oded also gained CIO certification in 2005, is an itSMF member, and regularly participates in ITIL forums around the world.
 
 
 
Eran Waldman
VP FINANCE & IT
 
Eran leads the financial administration and human resources at SysAid, including investor relations for SysAid's business clients. He was part of the SysAid team for 8 years as the licensed CPA before officially joining the SysAid staff as the VP of Finance in 2011.

Eran holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University in Israel. He is also an avid fan of the Barcelona soccer team and judging from his savvy finance skills, we suggest putting your money on the same team as Eran.
 
 
 
Eliezer Dikstein
VP R&D
 
At the helm of SysAid Technologies Research & Development, Eliezer steers the future of SysAid’s product developments.

Eliezer holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Technion, Israel's Institute of Technology, where he graduated at the top of his class. As a passionate wine connoisseur, Eliezer has also traveled throughout many wine roads in Europe and America.
 
 
 
Sophie Danby
VP MARKETING
 
As the VP Marketing, Sophie is responsible for communicating the value of SysAid’s products and services to customers. This includes traditional marketing activities as well as engaging with SysAid customers, and the wider IT service management community, via social and other interactive channels.

Sophie is a vocal and collaborative member of the international IT service management community and has good relationships with many industry bodies such as international itSMF chapters, HDI in the US, and SDI and SITS in the UK. In her free time Sophie enjoys spending time with her family, organizing social gatherings, and international travel.
 
 
 
Roy Eldar
VP SUPPORT
 
As the VP Support, Roy is responsible for ensuring that our customers get the promised value from their investment in SysAid’s products and services. This entails providing customer-centric support, as well as the cloud infrastructure that powers SysAid Cloud.

Prior to joining SysAid, Roy worked for global eCommerce companies in roles such as CIO and VP Production Operations. Roy studied Computer Science in London and has over 15 years’ experience in IT and large-scale production operations. Outside of work, Roy is an avid photographer, who also loves road cycling.
