Introducing webhooks in SysAid developers: get real-time updates instantly
 
 

We’re excited to introduce Webhooks — now available in SysAid Developers. With webhooks, you can receive real-time updates about key events in your SysAid account, like when a Service Record is created or updated. No more polling the API — just set up a webhook and get notified the moment something changes.

What can you do with webhooks?

  • Trigger custom workflows in your system
  • Sync data across platforms in real time
  • Stay informed without constantly checking for updates

The initial release of webhooks supports Service Records. Future updates will add support for additional entities.

Add your changes from SysAid to your calendar
 
 

You can now add events from Change SRs to your SysAid calendar, and sync them to your Outlook or Google Calendar. Configure multiple change management groups and keep them updated on important events.

The queue now includes a Page Size dropdown—choose to view 10 or 25 tickets per page.
