Evaluation License Terms

If You wish to evaluate SysAid’s Services, You may do so under a free of charge, Evaluation License for an agreed upon duration (“Evaluation Term”) under which You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable and non-sublicensable “As Is”, and “as available”, without liability or warranty of any kind, license to access and use SysAid Platform, for the sole purpose of determining whether to purchase a commercial license to the SysAid Platform. SysAid may provide the Service on an evaluation basis period (“Evaluation Period”) until the earlier of (1) Your purchase of a paid Subscription to the SysAid Platform, or (2) the termination of the evaluation period by SysAid for any or no reason.

As part of the Services, SysAid may provide You during the Evaluation Period with various AI-enabled features and functionalities (“SysAid Copilot”), including, but not limited to AI Chatbot for End Users and for Admin (“Virtual Support Agent“). In case You choose to evaluate SysAid Copilot, its use is governed by the attached AI Terms. In case You decide to cease the evaluation of SysAid Copilot, at any time during the Evaluation Period, You can disable that under the service desk general Product settings.
