Add weights to service records to help with prioritization. Click a button to view the Weights column in the Service Desk queue and move the highest priority tickets to the top of the queue. In-line editing allows Weights to easily be updated directly in the queue. The weight field is also visible in the Service Record and can be modified there as well.
